Put these files in your Grand Theft Auto IV folder.
(don't touch the OfflineActivation folder)

Play using "GTAIV.exe". (do NOT use the "launchGTAIV.exe")

Click on skip registration and keep the program blocked by your firewall. Then click on the big PLAY button.

That's what i did. 


I don't have shaky cam issues or any other issues. I've played the game for over 2 hours now and was able to save the game several times. So it works fine.

I had problems with the drunk cam and the car not moving but was able to fix it by replacing the GTAIV.exe (cracked) with the original GTAIV.exe. Game works 100% with no errors now for 4 hours.

Doesnt work for me id did exactly what you told i blocked it then i clicked on play and then nothing happens after that when i try to open it gives me an RGSC fault it doesnt open

If you get a shaky cam, just restart the game. Jeez.

If you get it again, restart it again.

I've played through roughly 30-40% of the game and that's well over 10 hours.

i have problem on low detail and on hihest its same whe i play 1 our and my game have lags i dont know why i restart the game and normal again ???
i have e8400 8800gt 512 2 gb of ram and vista ultimate sp 1 dont know why its happenning...???

Listen to n4t4z420, all you need to do is replace GTAIVLauncher.exe and Paul.exe, but not GTAIV.exe. if you keep the original GTAIV.exe then it will work.
